When some people buy a house apparently they buy the right to nothing being built in the 10 square miles around that house for the rest of there lives. Some idiots even move next door to pubs that have been there donkeys years before and then complain about the noise. Hopefully we have moved past a few Hyacinth Buckets shouting loudly being an insurmountable obstacle.
This is absolutely a pet hate of mine!
A bit like the people in Headington complaining about matchdays at a football ground which was there 100 years before they moved in...Bit like them wolvercote lot moaning about the train line being reused even though it was there before their houses were built.
The whole stadium is crap in terms of appearance and facilities. But visiting supporters do at least get to view the action from the side of the pitch (as opposed to behind the goal, as happens at most other grounds) so from their point of view, they may actually prefer the current ground to Stratfield Brake, where they will probably have to view from behind the goal.Hopefully even Sheff Weds and Pompey fans will sign it because as away areas are concerned the North stand is crap
I'd hazard a guess that many fans who travel away like being behind the goal... especially the singing, vocal support. The whole stadium is crap in terms of appearance and facilities. Everything you need to know about Oxford United stadium proposal meeting
OXFORD United are aiming to move a step closer to a new stadium tomorrow.www.oxfordmail.co.uk
You wouldn't like to type that again would you? Only it's a tad unreadable. ThanksAttacking your own fans us often an advantage so keep the away fans tucked away in a high corner and have Oxford fans behind both goals.
The timings, apart from planning approval, are all in the proposal document and discussed earlier in the thread, in depth by Fanatica. So if they are suggesting 2023 for planning granted, when will a planning application have to go in to get that approved in that time.
They only typed 1 letter incorrectly and missed a single comma so kinda unnecessaryYou wouldn't like to type that again would you? Only it's a tad unreadable. Thanks
