Going to be loads if they get permission, restaurants, supporters pub or bar I would hope is consideredNot much in the way of facilities.

10 miles by GoogleAs a bird flies surely!
I suppose that is close compared to ground sharing with Wycombe!10 miles by Google
yep- by road 10 miles give or takeAs a bird flies surely!
It's deffo 4 sides yeah?
It probably wonโt get rejected but it will be the consultations and the rich folk ready to try and opposeโฆโฆthatโs the issue.
It doesnโt matter where the ground would be sited it will still have obstacles,!get over these and we will only be half way there.
The problem is there are so many that think itโs a piece of cake takeover announced and the foundations will be laid.
Iโve never said it wonโt happen 99% says it will and itโs location wonโt bother me as I can get there.
But itโs not as easy as some think.
A pandemic and a whole heap of money?Something I guess must of changed since then perhaps, better relationships and talks with both parties.
To be fair, pubs and other leisure facilities can be built in the new complex, and I'm sure the board and developers aren't ignorant to the fact that this is what a new stadium needs near it.Fantastic! Moved from one ground with only a couple of local pubs, a couple of miles from the city centre to a new ground with no pubs within a 30 minute walk in another town.
Great to get rid of OGB but I canโt say Iโm massively excited. Iโm sure plenty will be and credit is due to the group that are the first ones in 20 years to move us from that albatross.

There are a couple some while back who seemed to suggest something along those lines.Whose assuming planning will be easy and foundations will be laid in the next few weeks?
Yet Having green belt land next to Oxford Parkway just outside the city is more important than whether facilities are already in place. Not much in the way of facilities.
Just put sustainable, carbon neutral and no car provisions on the planning and it will be approvedWhose assuming planning will be easy and foundations will be laid in the next few weeks?
