Does go to show an earlier kick off may have been wise

The good people of barnsley really wanted a 2pm kick off, they will sell out then, still not to late.

That's not actually to bad considering the situation, it's more than we took to Accrington, train situation, xmas, cost of living increase, weather, world cup etc doesn't exactly make a trip to the Kassam that enticing for home fans when you consider you can pay a tenner to sit on your a**e at home and (camera man dependent) watch it, so the numbers travelling down from Barnsley was never going to be huge.

Be a low actual crowd tomorrow, well unless we change the kick off time to 2pm then it will sell out.

It will be an extremely low crowd tomorrow

Barnsley brought 657 last time, and last season in the Championship their average away following was 860.

They’ll bring 600+ and that will be far from a washout.

Agreed, decent effort from Barnsleh.

Have you had any thoughts about moving the game forward though?

It's still not to late to move the game to the consensus agreed time of 2pm, given the weather conditions between 2pm and 4pm tomorrow are a balmy 1 degree (t shirt weather) and what follows is well into the minus, it's not just following the will of the people, it's now about saving lives.

How many do you think will die between 4pm and 5pm if we stick with the 3 pm KO

So only 17 Oxford fans, you would of thought the 121 Barnsley fans would of been used to the cold.

They can be thankful that they got an opportunity to die doing something they loved, Halifax fans won't have that opportunity with their game called off.

Not enough of them to huddle together to keep warm enough to keep the death rate below the acceptable threshold I am afraid, you are allowed upto 10% of your crowd (published figure not actual attendance) to freeze to death during the 90 minutes but no more than that, looks bad on the FA otherwise.
