And 2 Swedes in SSL.There looked like a tour group in the East Stand yesterday.
I was there and have zero recollection of the game - clearly put it out of mind as it was a defeat!
I remember seeing my first female skinhead in the LR against Palace. All the gear, boots, braces, Harrington jacket.Would not surprie me if palace sold out their allocation. We need to match that. I have vague memories of them doing us over on and off the pitch way back in the days of the thin blue line in the LR. IE the seventies!
Really.Should be a full house?
Hope its priced sensibly to attract a bigger crowd.
We’re a bigger draw than any of the other lower league teams you mention. Thanks for providing the clear rationale behind that. I think all four ties have a chance of being on the telly and don’t see why us v Palace is more attractive than the others.

There was, and they (or from the same establishment) were also there at the WBA friendly. There looked like a tour group in the East Stand yesterday.
I expect it to be normal league prices.Hope its priced sensibly to attract a bigger crowd.
I have a good memory for these sort of off the pitch things and have absolutely zero recollection of this, so don't think it happened. I've also never as much as had a conversation with anyone about "getting done over" by Palace. Ever.Would not surprie me if palace sold out their allocation. We need to match that. Decent draw but will they send out the 2nd string and risk a humiliation?
’s probably the biggest club we could have got in the southern section, it’s a very decent draw. I found it really bizarre that the presenter kept mentioning ‘great ties’ like Colchester v Brentford, FGR v Fulham etc but failed to say anything about us v Palace which, on the face of it, looks a cracking match up.
Bolton v Villa I think will be the TV game but if there’s two matches on then we have a chance but they will probably do the FGR one, more of a story there with all the eco stuff etc.
What they said but as others have pointed out the Northern section has the most attractive ties and Sky will likely fancy a Gerrard and Lampard wankfest or newly promoted Stockport over us.Which I'd say is an argument against us being chosen.
Smallest David, biggest Goliath is the TV wet dream.
Agree. If we charge £10-12 then it could even sell out but with 3 home games in 7 days, anything above £15 and there will be a few empty seats. I still think it will be a great crowd but it would be nice to have a full house especially with a cup game that we weren't even expected to progress to.Be sensible with pricing and sell the place out be stupid with pricing and people won't pay especially with two home league games before it

I don't think so??Would not surprie me if palace sold out their allocation. We need to match that. I have vague memories of them doing us over on and off the pitch way back in the days of the thin blue line in the LR. IE the seventies!
