We have 23 League 1 sides and 24 League 2 sides that were all largely familiar with (exceptions being Harrogate, Salford and Sutton - until tomorrow night). We want to avoid them if we can but chances are well draw someone from those divisions.

For rounds 1 and 2, you simply want to get through. Get the lowest ranked side possible which is a few tier seven sides and get on through to the next round.

The cups take on added importance this season. We’re already looking done in our league campaign so any cup runs will at least add some spark to what is proving to be a disappointing league start.

We'd have to beat whoever we drew to get into the next round. Didn't do very well last season, did we!

If we get Ipswich, Sheffield Wednesday or Plymouth, he’s screwed then.

We could extend that to any side in the top 14 of League 1 this year.

4) The lowest possible ranked club at home (when I lived in the UK, I would have said the lowest ranked team within a couple of hours travel of London away - because I used to love those away days - but now I live 4,000 miles away, it's all about winning!). The season isn’t going to be that exciting by the looks of it so wishing an FA Cup loss to get rid of Robinson (especially when league results will be the main factor in that) is self defeating, at least a decent cup run will make the winter more bearable.
