reckon on a hard won 2-1 away win, Henry with a brace to celebrate his 100th U's game in style, plus a very decent away following, despite the M6 and its delays , hold ups etc

Eastwood
Cadden Dickie Mous Ruffels
Brannagan Gorrin Baptiste
Henry Taylor Fosu

1-2, Taylor + Brannagan

as always hoping for the win but recent history hasn't been great with them, so will definatley settle for a draw and then 3 points at home on tuesday against Pompey

Pompey isn’t in the league on Tuesday it’s the pointless cup ? I think tomorrow we will win a scrappy game 1-3 with two late goals COYY

Clean sheet, slow start, come out second half and win 0-3.

Henry, Brannagan, Moore.

Stanley are on a good run themselves (1 loss in the last 7) but our confidence must be high enough to edge it 1-2.

John Coleman previews the game:

Today’s match programme:

Feeling a bit edgy about this one. I do think our clean sheet run will go today and think we could even concede two or three, don’t ask me why I think that because we’ve been very solid at the back but we can’t carry on not conceding ! Can we ? I cannot see us not scoring though so heart says 3-2 to us but head says 2-2 with Henry (pen) and Taylor.

It’s a tricky place to go and given this hot streak we are on a point at another long distance away day wouldn’t be disastrous.

Today’s referee is Martin Coy. Third season on the list.

He last refereed a U’s match last October when United beat Shrewsbury 3-0.
