The one thing people are forgetting when talking about the games against the bottom teams this now the business time of the season ,they are fighting for every point .We played well Saturday and the amount of people stating this is how Des wants play the game , will we be up for the fight starting with Cheltenham. Daryl did a great job at Vale and is doing an incredible job at Cheltenham to even get them within touching distance of safety .Lose Saturday then we have Bolton ,I did say a couple of weeks back that these 4 games are massive we are really only playing for 6th spot and by next Tuesday week we could find our selves with a real up hill task. I hope Saturday is the start ,we really have got a decent squad for league 1 so hoping for a big result Saturday. Or I think we could limp to a 9 th or 10th place finish that could set the mood for next season.

You say those teams that have been poor all season will suddenly start fighting to stay up which is true to an extent, but canā€™t the same then be said for us who will fight that bit harder to get back into the play offs? We saw signs of that on Saturday.

Weā€™ll only know how well weā€™ll do when weā€™ve played them all as anything can happen, so all I can say is, if we turn up like we did against Pompey then weā€™ll give ourselves a better chance of making the play offs!

Yes we did. Now we have to start again on Saturday and keep it going

Consistency is the key. The odd loss or so might be ok but we need a good run to take the pressure off. Deserved more at Portsmouth but must be more clinical with chances.
Itā€™s not over yet, and is still open.
A few clubs have huffed and puffed, Peterborough and Barnsley, but the three top places are looking more nailed on with Derby, Bolton and Portsmouth.
Iā€™m hoping that Stevenage start slipping up and they keep winning

I wonder how low it needs to go before the Des lovers on here face reality.
They're aren't any Des lovers on this forum, you f*****g t**t.

There's only people who know we're stuck with him and hope he can pull it together. Open your eyes. Or learn to comprehend.
