And here we goPlanning an exodus?
Sean Clare going to Wigan (not Reading )
Wigan Athletic win transfer battle ahead of QPR & Reading for 26-year-old
Wigan have signed Sean Clare ahead of competition from Reading and QPR.footballleagueworld.co.uk
That post earlier said they had to wait for their taxi or tax ]bill to be paid before they could sign the free agents. It's evident that nobody is going to wait for that
Damn you and your honesty….. but you could well be right, either way, I’m looking forward to seeing how we set up for the PSF’s, only a week to go.To be fair, I was calling for an out-and-out striker earlier in the week!
But the more quality forwards we sign that are not traditional strikers (especially when we're giving them the #9 jersey!), the likelier it seems that Manning has decided that there's just not enough good out-and-out strikers out there on the market at a manageable cost. And therefore we're going to try something different.
Could be the exciting return of Oxelona (though could also be an epic disaster)!
“This is a really big signing for Wigan, as they’re getting a player who is proven at this level, and he’s about to enter his peak years.“
I know times are tough at Wigan, but on what planet is Clare a really big signing!?
Fell out with old Karl straight away didn’t he.“This is a really big signing for Wigan, as they’re getting a player who is proven at this level, and he’s about to enter his peak years.“

Hopefully he'll enjoy playing in the concrete jungle where most U's fans like to get up, stand up.How do they know Marley is training with us? Three little birds told them.

My recollection is that he joined as a right back, where he was a liability, so he was moved further forward where he could do less damage. Charlton played him in midfield too.Fell out with old Karl straight away didn’t he.
He’s struggling to get out of the changing room because the door keeps jammin’Hopefully he'll enjoy playing in the concrete jungle where most U's fans like to get up, stand up.
Only with a big signing on fee and wage as he was a free transfer.Bet Harris wasn’t cheap. Reckon Goodhram is going,

Mark Harris
Officially signed for Oxford… I did think he would be the Yates replacement. Hope the board have someone else lined upavftt.co.uk
So he should be if the offer is 7 figures. Can't see a down side for the club in that scenario, to be honest. Just a shame for us all not to see what he could have achieved in an Oxford shirt but there's a bigger picture there for us that mustn't be clouded by romance. That's the sort of thinking that lands certain players 3 years contracts in exchange for absolute mediocrity. Time we thought differently.Bet Harris wasn’t cheap. Reckon Goodhram is going,
Or leads to certain players leaving who could take us to the next level while doubling or trebling their transfer fee .So he should be if the offer is 7 figures.
