General New kit 2022/23

We can only wear yellow shorts with yellow shirts 'if' they feature in the third kit. New rules that came into effect last year mean we can only wear garments registered as part of the home/away/third kits.

Rumours are the third kit is blue. Perhaps if navy blue it'll have yellow shorts n socks? I hope so.

Different shade of blue more likely.

If it’s the same shirt they wore at Eastleigh then I’m buying it. Really liked it.

Bangkok Glass aren't interested in advertising here. More likely they'll be using Oxford as a marketing tool to look like an international brand to their domestic market.

But when they google them they can see they're not an international brand

Just because they have a crap website and poor marketing, doesn't mean they're not big players on the other side of the globe. Hi net worth individuals live in a different world to us mere mortals, and will love to show off Oxford United to their associates. Don't be fooled by the 'glass' part of their name. BG do all sorts of packaging for a wide range of industries and employs several thousand people.

Interesting. So what’s the deal with the ethical coconuts? It can’t just be aimed at hippy shops in Cowley Road.

Exactly the same as BG. Exposure this side of the globe and a chance for their directors to show off to their associates back in their neck of the woods. There's probably more to this sponsorship model financially speaking, but who knows what happens? A bit like our transfer business, now almost always 'undisclosed fee'.

There are probably links to the Thai element of our board and its a way of getting funds into the club whilst adheringto FFP rules. Personally, I'm not too bothered if their sales increase or not as long as they pay what's due unlike ''Amazing Thailand' who paid in very little, if anything if rumours are to be believed.

Pre-order again - what a bunch of pish.
If I`m spending an extortionate £50 on a shirt I`m taking it off the rail, to a till, with a member of staff to thank me for my purchase.
Victorian values matter. :)
It wouldn't have been on a rail in Victorian times, you would have requested that your tailor made one for you, it would then be delivered to you.
So pre-ordered. 😆

So for those interested in the sizing, I am a large and have taken an XL. The shirt is the same size as the Singha ones I had previously. Last year I had to go XXL because the shirts were so mean.

When you gents get them, please let us know how they fit relative to standard sizing cos I want one of those bad boys. Thank you kindly 😄
Shirt arrived today, just tried on 'L' and its fine, better fit than last years Puma
