The club have said in public detailed planning application by the end of the calendar year, and there's no reason for that not to still be the case. Other than that, and please don't take this the wrong way, I'd prefer not to say any more, as some on here will take it as gospel and be all over it as soon as any deadline is missed. Things are in hand, and going well, and no need for concern is what I'm most comfortable saying at this stage.

Hope that original poster questioned that candidate on where said derelict farm land is within Oxford's boundary and also pointed out the fact Stratfield Brake isn't a flood plan and nor has it ever flooded.

It is concerning that the Greens are going door to door spouting disinformation. Can they be corrected?
