hmmmmmm ...I wonder if- the covid vaccinators, inside stadium vaccine-stewards, and vaccinees count as part of the 4k inside the stadium on Tues eve?   :sneaky: ;)

Not unless we are playing in the conference centre.🤣

No, they have '6 players who can play there', could be KR left wing logic.
Or any wing logic, for that matter.

I wonder how many defenders Blackpool have, full stop. Our visitor was only talking about centre back options. I’m green with envy.

CBs - Ekpiteta, Thorniley, Ballard, Gretarsson (injured)
FBs - Husband, Garbutt, Gabriel, Turton

Husband and Turton filled in at centre back. Had 9 different centre back pairings this season.

There you sarge
At last common sense prevails, a proper football match, that actually means something is to be played at the national showpiece stadium.

Let the tacky, plastic clubs play elsewhere

Eight defenders total?

Flash gits.

Budget of Croesus, them.

And house prices are cheaper so they have the pick of players from around the globe begging to play for them. And the M6 and Tebay services that cook real food and prize local produce, like generations of farmers before them. Whereas we have to live in cardboard houses built by f*****g Bovis on new estates miles from the shop, local or chippy, drive up the A34 and use Family Farm Services with it's ground-breaking configuration of KFC northbound, Starbucks either way and not a cunting sign of a Greggs.

Shame, was hoping it would be played at a proper stadium ( Emirates, Spurs, West Ham ) giving size of crowd allowed, instead of that over priced s.....t hole. And Yes, IF we get there, i will go of course if possible, anywhere that Oxford plays even if i dont like going there.

I’m amazed it took you this long to show up. Somebody was talking about quince liquor earlier.

I pity anybody who has never sampled the delights of Tebay services, or spent a weekend in Lytham St Anne’s around an away day. I stopped at Family Farm the other day and was mortified. You have to go over the M40 and all the way up the first stretch of the A41, up to the petrol station by Bicester Village roundabout, just to get a Greggs kiosk. It’s no wonder we can’t sign any f*cking defenders, and that the only full backs on the books are local lads. Good luck convincing any self-respecting ‘big lad’ to sign up for this garbage.

I’m logging off. I’m too upset.

Bonkers predictions for the play-offs here.

based on historic home and away league records between the respective teams, because that is bound to be a good measure of current form, the season overall and squad strengths etc.

Who'd have thought it, two players for each position. That's novel.

Looks like cheating to me. And where are all their wingers, eh? Answer me that!
No idea what wingers are tbh. We had CJ
Hamilton who’s pace puts Usain Bolt to shame but unfortunately his hamstrings have the stability of wotsits.

Garbutt, Gabriel and Mitchell all started out as fullbacks but were a bit iffy at defending so are makeshift wingers for us these days
