McGuane will come good. Has a quick turn of pace can make space for himself and is powerful. Just has to click with the rest of the team.

Thought McGuane was the best player on the pitch 2nd half as he played further forward. Think he’s the type of player to thrive far more once Gorrin is fit in our midfield.

Let’s hope the Atkinson injury isn’t serious.

On the radio they seem to be saying McGuane has done ok, especially towards the end of the game

I'd agree with that. He had some shockers in the game but he had some really good moments such as one of the few very good moves in the 1st half.

Not sure why the team we put out today would be expected to beat another League 1 team who had a similar mix of mostly fringe players, 90+% of games at this level are a toss up and when it’s a pretty rag tag bunch of back ups I’d hardly class a 1-1 draw as a negative result

Good experience for 3 or 4 young lads and a decent fitness builder for another 6 or 7, and we kind of won!

I can't help thinking that McGuane is one of those players who flatters to deceive - keeps looking like he has talent and then not really delivering.

Easy on the eye, and easy on the opposition most of the time.

I think Hall and Hanson most likely personally. Just because they both most likely are on a decent wage but when everybody is fit they won’t get anywhere near the starting xi

Genuinely not sure, can’t imagine it’s any of the back 4, it’s not going to be brannagan, or kelly and McGuane (since on loan with us) so that really only leave Sykes, Hall or Osei I would guess

I think a couple of the youngsters need to go out on loan. I’d also look at sending Hall and Hanson our on loan too.

Neil Warnock has said Marcus Browne is available for loan. Hmm I wonder if KR will go after him again! KR seems to know how to get the best out of him that’s for sure.

Kelly is a strange signing though as hes never really held down a position unless there is injuries,not really sure why we got him back this season.

But the way Robinson was speaking sounds like he was unhappy with the so called players rather than just getting a wage off the club.
