Food shortages and making better food choices aren't the same thing. And if food prices go up due to shortages, who do you think is going to take the biggest hit from that?
Sorry food is too cheap, it`s why we have a looming health crisis.
The only foods that would become short from a supply chain perspective are those with a relatively short shelf life.
You aren`t looking at decimation of staple foods.
A forced better choice would do a lot of people a lot of good.
