FA Cup 1st round draw

As long as BBC & BT’s W@nkfest over Salford City is exhausted then I’ll be happy. After all they’ve benefited enough from TV windfalls over the years only because of their “Class of 92” link and now they are just a p!ss poor League 2 side. However, nothing will surprise me when the televised fixtures are announced.
Salford are fast taking over the “ I hate Manchester United” crown/mantle.
Will probably soon replace the other irrevelant, i.e. the “hate Swindon” chant at away matches !

That was certainly one of our low points at Marlow. I remember going to that one. Good day out and at least Peter Foley won. I thought losing at Barking was worse though.
the nicest thing that came out of the draw tonight was Chichester agreeing to make a donation to Bury Fc. Well done them

Replay tomorrow evening so we'll know very soon. Here are the highlights of Saturday's draw, H&Y had a player sent off in the first half:

Should have only been a yellow wasn’t last man player coming in from the poole players left was further forward

I well remember the last time we went to Hayes and Yeading. Steve Basham made us look like a pub side. A large number of well known supporters (no names but me included) were pleading with the stewards to let us out at half time. But don't Poole have our U-18's nemesis Jake Scrimshaw? Looks like a head under the pillow afternoon to me
Didn’t Bash also score 2 against us here at the breeze block?

Why spoil the fun of the draw by trying to insult people?

I'm viewing it as a public service, not insulting people!

The odds of us drawing Swindon was unambiguously 79/1; so to put money on it at 75/1 would not have been sensible.

Although if there's anyone out there that doesn't care when the expected value of a bet is less than the bet itself - we should play poker sometime!

they ... the powers that be.. may go for the carrot crunchers derby 'Nam V sw*nd*n ?

I'm looking at the fixtures to see if I can find three games that will be more attractive than ours for TV audiences.....I doubt they would pick an all League Two tie when there is no real hatred in the air (unlike us vs. the Scum).

Maybe they'll like the look of Dover vs. Southend, because Dover are quite a good non-league team, Southend are crap, and therefore an upset is on the cards?

They'll definitely choose Harrogate vs. Pompey.

And then maybe Chippenham vs. Northampton? Maybe Gateshead vs. Oldham? Maybe Maidenhead/Wealdstone v Rotherham United?

Either way, if we're not chosen for a live game, we're nailed down to be one of the 'Sunday 8'. Can't see any way the game kicks off 3pm on Saturday.
