Come on Oxford, put em to the sword, lets have a grandstand finish with another goal (or 3)

fatty Evans book of cheats gamesmanship seems to be having every page , n every ploy being used today!

P**s off Hanlan , ref may be lenient but he wont give that

Wombles get another one back at Peterborough 3-2 down

Really? ... Brannagan booked for a fair looking challenge!

is he suspended now on totting up of cards ?

Yes, I definitely enjoyed this week. Well done lads. Up to 10th now

5th consecutive clean sheet?

3rd win.... 13 goals in 3 games

not bad that :giggle:

Well done yellows! Thoroughly professional performance.

Against a horrible Evans team makes it even sweeter. What a difference playing to Taylors strengths makes.

Perfect result. I feared the worst going in, but to have the game wrapped up early and then be able to comfortably control the game was exactly what we needed.

What a week. Up 7 places and third consecutive league clean sheet, doesnt get much better than that. If this team stays healthy, you really do start to think that the sky is the limit. What I enjoyed most today was how many different attacking options we seemed to have. Henry was pulling the strings at some point, then Fosu was running rings round them, then Woodburn, then CB, then Shandon. Some finish from Taylor as well, I reckon that was more difficult that it looked. Could we have won by more if Henry had been slightly less selfish in the first half? Probably, but I don't mind that little streak of selfishness in our goalscorers - it means they take on shots like the volley at Lincoln last week!

Great to have a week off now, time for some feet up after a mad couple of weeks. The club is in such a good place in this moment, let's savour it and keep it going as long as we can!

That was outstanding.

Whilst Tranmere was solid and workmanlike, 3-0 was flattering.
Today, 3-0 didn't properly reflect the chasm between the sides. Another tennis score would have been fairer.

We're just on one of those runs. We've brought in a bunch of good players, and they've all hit form together and are brimming with confidence.

It won't last forever, season's too long and we'll hit some more rough patches. But the performances at the moment are to be savored!
