Transfer News Transfer window 2020/21

Would be decent but feel we could do with a pacey winger that can run in behind and stretch teams.

Isn’t pace what Cooper provides on the left? Garbutt adds experience and squad depth/cover to Ruffles too, plus set pieces as a bonus

Cooper is not fast - he has very good close ball skills and can weave his way through defenders, making them increasingly frustrated in the process. But he is not someone who can cut through defence on the break using his pace alone.

you are out of touch with transfers
Please point me towards examples of the going rate for a CB from League 1 to the Championship?

Edit: I'll save you the bother https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/lea...osition_id=3&altersklasse=&leihe=&w_s=&zuab=0

The club will know what they value Dickie at and I have faith they will get the best deal they can. I would prefer a larger sell on fee than up front fee but the majority of this forum are going to be very dissapointed if they are expecting a league transfer record or even close to one.

Which is a much more sensible valuation than what people are claiming to be examples of having our pants pulled down!

For a player who has only stood out at L2 level unlike Dickie who has stood out at L1 level. Goode has played at L1 level but didn't stand out.

Looking at your chart I would accept 3 million + decent Add ons for Dickie.

Then keep hold of him, extend his contract and only let him go if the deal is right, we need to stop underselling our prized assets, Dickie himself said the deal has to be right for not only him but Oxford too.
