Or just loves football, and showing support for our neighbours.Maybe he was seeing whether it was the right environment for one of ours to go on loan there!

Well done to Oxford City on their first win in the National League, 4-0 as well.Or just loves football, and showing support for our neighbours.
Good riddance to him, the farther away the better.Favourite for the Hibernian job.
I expect two departures from Fleetwood this window then - Jack Marriott and Scott Brown.
Maybe to agree one of ours there ?Liam Manning at the Ox City game, I didn't see any one worth signing though.
Speaking to a mate who’s a big Leeds fan, he reckons Sonny Perkins is a ‘fox in the box’ type. Will be interesting to see him come on as a sub when we need a goal as we may already have a good option! But he's not the fox in the box type of forward that we are lacking.

Not really, Longman is a left winger who can play up front, Perkins is a striker who can occasionally play on the wing (but right rather than left). And with the injury to Browne, left wing is probably the position on the pitch that needs re-enforcing.What if we sign Longman on a permanent don't we have the same situation?

Bit of a random one, but a versatile player who can play RW/LW/ST and we may be looking at him with the Non-League Gems partnership + aligns with signings we've made this summer
Wasn’t in the squad today. Maybe one to keep an eye on.Hopefully we go in for Kanu properly now
Is Scott Brown saying Marriot isn't going anywhere that significant or is it just the cliché PR response?
The new recruitment team (And Manning) don’t seem the type to panic and overpay for a player. I think the Marriott ship has sailed tbh. Don’t think 400k will be sufficient either because wasn’t it reported that they turned down our 500k bid? Those sort of statements from Brown are a load of nonsense. He says he’s going nowhere, what if a club came in and offered £700,000 ? Of course he goes. I think £400,000 from us will be sufficient and my guess is we’ve offered just shy of that at the moment.
Mark Gatiss is in another league. All the talk about centre forwards. What we do obviously need is a couple of old fashioned inside number 9’s.
I’m going with Steve Pemberton or Reece Shearsmith.
It would be great to hoover up the signing of Jeremy Dyson.Mark Gatiss is in another league.
