Much the same here. Not unusual to get a message via Facebook of a parcel on way! If we are away, she will hold our mail until we are back. Lot to be said for living in the country!I live out in the sticks and the postie comes along every day. If theres ever a day he doesnt, I wonder if hes died

I recently moved, ordered a few bits n bobs online , should've been with me in days- all arrived (together), some a few days, some a week and a half later than when the sellers advised

Hi Curragh,So with today being, I believe, the last day that seats are reserved for season ticket holders, I have done a count to see how many seats are currently gone and therefore will be able to see how many have not not taken up when these seats are released (some season ticket holders may have moved seats of course).
As of 12pm on Friday 30 June I have the number of seats 'sold' as 5,723, broken down as follows by stand and block;
South Stand Lower 859 (6/26/124/167/189/235/100/12) - front rows of Blocks 1/2/3/6/7/8 not for sale (142 seats) and 70 seats on left of Block 1 not counted in this total as they appear to be not for sale)
South Stand Upper 1,513 (135/170/273/206/330/252/149) - this assumes that the whole of Block 12 has been sold even though some seem to be kept for restaurant packages, it also assumes the back section of Blocks 9 and 10 are sold although these may be reserved by the club rather than sold as season tickets
East Stand 2,117 (138/403/488/466/446/176) - front rows of Blocks 17 and 20 not for sale (48 seats)
North Stand 1,234 (141/513/279/301)
Given that the club have not yet announced we have hit 4,500 sales (and they previously marked and promoted heavily every 500 sales up to 4,000), that would suggest that there are at least 1,200 who may not have renewed or have moved seats although this will all become clear when any reserved seats are opened up shortly.
Well over 1000 will be protesting and not renewing as the pin stripes are too thick.Hi Curragh,
How spooky is that, as I did exactly the same thing about 20 minutes ago (I didn't see your post until just now)!
I have us at 5,730 so we're pretty much in agreement.
The only grey area is the VIP block in SSU that shows as 206 seats "sold" whereas that is not technically true as it houses the Directors' Box and the Corporate seats. The Directors' Box area (94 seats) houses Associate Directors, who do pay for their seat seasonally, but there were only 26 of those last year, and due to reasons I'll explain separately there will be a lot less this coming season. Every other seat in that area is not strictly speaking a seat that is "sold" for the season, as they are used by visiting Directors and some club guests etc. The Corporate seats (112 seats) is also an area that is not sold out for the season, although it always shows as such, until sometimes immediately before a game some seats become available. These seats do always sell by match day though.
By way of balance to this, as it could be argued that our figures are over by about 100, are the Executive Boxes. These are not counted in our figures, but we usually sell at least 20 boxes on a seasonal basis, each holding ten people. I would suggest that these boxes balance out the VIP area, even if there are only 5 people in each box.
I am very intrigued to see what a Friday evening count produces, as I'll be extremely disappointed if 1,200 people have not renewed. I suspect (hope) the figure will not be that high?
