New Stadium Plans - The Triangle - Planning

This argument is a stupid one, even if it did have full employment that doesn't mean it always will and its completely ignoring the planned population increase after the housing development or that more local employment means employment in other areas becomes available.

It's a silly argument

That hasn't stopped them previously.

The comment about Kidlington having full employment really winds me up. It nearly always comes from those who are retired or financially secure. However, many of the lowest paid Kidlington residents have part time or flexible working hours around childcare, fulltime education or caring responsibilities.

The opportunity to support matchdays in the evenings or weekends will be a huge boost to local residents. With the stadium being significantly easier to access, the opportunity to benefit from multiple sources of income will make a huge difference to others, and will further boost the local economy.

Exactly, people like Steve Hill, Suzanne McIvor and Ian Middleton have made their money in various ways and are set yet see the need to dictate to others less well off than they are, such as us scummy football fans.

Basically there is just one question “DO YOU SUPPORT THE STADIUM” ? If the answer is anything but YES, then you won’t get my vote.
Add to that stipulating a simple one word answer yes or no with none of the usual political bs attached.

Exactly, they hate that being pointed out to them though

So according to Vicky. Kassam hasn't ever spoken/wrote to the county or city council as she was told by Oxfordshire county council herself. But Kassam has spoke to the Oxford mail and said there is no need to move.

🤦🤦🤦

But then one of her mates McIvor is trying to challenge Oxford city councils local plan 2040 that has identified the Kassam as housing land once we depart. Now it don't take a rocket scientist to work out that the city council and Kassam would of spoke about the availability of the land they wouldn't of just added it without asking him.

🤣

I look forward to Cllr Middleton saying the Green Party are neutral on the stadium on Radio Oxford tomorrow.
