New Stadium Plans - The Triangle - Planning

It's all been blown out proportion given how infrequently games are played and the extremely short period of time the road will need to be shut. Take now for example, we've played our last home game and there isn't another league game with a decent crowd scheduled until August now!
Unless the unexpected happens on Saturday!

I've had lots of notifications today of new comments being added to the planning portal. Presumably they're still catching up from the weekend and yesterday as people realised the deadline was approaching. It's a shame they don't list them as for, against or comment on the portal, you have to open each one to find out what it is, unless someone has an easier method?

What these anti fail to read in the planning is road diversion is only for high ticket sales matches while we don't know exactly what that amounts too I'd guess at around 12k anything below that won't need the diversion

Here’s the latest news from a LibDem candidate for CDC.
The stadium will probably be granted planning permission, but it will never be built.
Why ?
The club has no money and they cannot afford to build it,

Now these are the people who stand for election under the LibDem banner, how on earth can anyone take them seriously?

They are basing that on what exactly?

If it's the losses the club have made, they have no idea how the business of football works..

When was this said and to who?
Why on earth would the owners go through planning and all of the costs associated with this, if they simply couldn't afford to pay for it?
Not sure some of these people are that bright?

That would be the owners who have also built a stadium elsewhere as well.

FoSB and there ilk should watch the live Parliament debate taking place right now-
The Football Governance Bill.
The number of MP’s supporting it from all parties, backgrounds and ethnicity would blow there stereotypical view of football fans out of the water .

It was said today by a LibDem candidate for Cherwell District Council. It’s typical of the misleading information being peddled by the Greens and LibDems.
