They need to grow the fan base.
Owners put in £5million a year of their own money so they need to increase income.
Fans are important.
Comms needs to be better, content hasn't been good enough but it will get better.
The fan lead review is a good thing.

In a nutshell Tim acknowledged that things were not as good as he on anyone wants regarding comms, particularly with existing and long term supporters.

Looking to improve everything year on year so that our best years are always ahead of us.

GF. A separate company would only be there to service debt.
It'll be a football stadium for 200 years, so there's no issue of the stadium not being for use by OUFC.
Oxvox plans to apply for ACV. The club have no issues with that.

Saying P&R hubs around the city will be used for bus links to Triangle.
Subsidised public transport for supporters "club would like to deliver"

Interesting question about safe standing area and home end having a higher roof and thus "less atmosphere."
The stadium chap says that while the roof is higher, it pitches downwards, while the lower roof in the away end pitches up.

Plan B?
GF. Not a lot of options.
He wouldn't like to guess what plan B might be. The focus is entirely on the triangle.
Cannot think of an alternative site. No other viable long-term option.

TW 'Club want to be good citizens in Kidlington; there are things he can't say about the planning process, but it is a critical point, and the club is working on it.

Q. Regarding accommodating older supporters (1893 club etc).
AB. We're not designing 'bog standard' concourses. The stadium will be far superior to now, and it will be an 'experience' and far more comfortable.
TW. Accessibility is at the top of the agenda; it will be world-class standards.

Wants a dedicated Supporter Liason Officer. Not all about GF or TW.
