Allow me...
Annoys the hell out of me, as from a poor traditionally labour only voting area, I have voted for all the main 3 parties in general elections in respect of who I believed at the time was right for my situation, this tribalism that your party is the right one and anything else is wrong is nonsense.
You’re making assumptions about my political leanings and the newspaper I read....IIt's the first time to my knowledge during a Pandemic which has already caused over 50000 deaths- more than died in the Blitz say- and when they've been lying about breaking the sanctions they have imposed and hounded others who broke them.
But I'm sure you. and the rest of the Kool Aid Gang will remain relaxed about it, because it doesn't make the front page of the Daily Telegraph.
Would you like a Cummings Quarter Pounder to go?

Assuming this is reported accurately (and I have no reason to believe it isn't) he should have resigned immediately. What is it with these people? To be fair, I found a report earlier about a labour MP who attended a funeral with 100 other mourners during lock down, which is against guidelines.
For some reason YT didn’t post this article up for comment? A situation that had 100 mourners together and potentially spreading this deadly virus.
Given the depth of what he has posted on here and the strength of his feelings, I find that incredible that he choose to ignore this.
Unfortunately, his stance on here is clearly one dimensional and whilst others do show balance, I am afraid he is most definitely politicising this situation. I believe one of his early comments said this wouldn’t have happened under Labour.
I am sorry but TY has no credibility, he is exploiting this terrible situation and I find that very sad.
Absolutely anybody in any position of public authority or responsibility should know better, and should rightly be criticised for their failings. Doesn’t matter who it is or what party they represent, if indeed they’re a politician at all. They should lead by example and do what they insist the rest of us do. I don’t think anyone should be able to argue the toss on that front. To be fair, I found a report earlier about a labour MP who attended a funeral with 100 other mourners during lock down, which is against guidelines.

For the love of God.Oh look
(Boris Johnson’s the Prime Minister apparently )
For the love of God.
But he won’t, and the people who run the country are protecting him while they made scientists resign for arguably less. And they’re the ones who might actually offer something of value.Cummings has to walk.

But when you are the ones in power, and you are the ones making the rules, the buck does stop with you more than anyone else. And I simply can’t for the life of me understand why or how we got to the point as a society that the ability to criticise somebody for doing wrong, now has to be justified. A crime is a crime, a rule break is a rule break, a lie is a lie. We don’t seem to believe that anymore, though. Now you have to pass a series of tests that determine whether or not you’re allowed to point at a fire and go, “That is a fire.”
I find it depressing, but I also find it incredibly damaging. It worries me that some of the world’s most infamous scandals would be brushed under the carpet if they occurred today. In fact, I fear that they already are being.
And none of that has got a thing to do with a rosette. Nor should it. Yet here we are.
and now theres more breaches of lockdown for Cummings' apologists to justify....
