Sigh, well we’re not winning games when we play well, and weren’t not winning games where we’re playing badly either.

Obviously today’s result not a disaster given the opposition, but good performances alone aren’t enough to get us into the play-offs.

We were good but they took their chances whereas all our shots were rushed and scuffed. It's the fine margins.

Could actually see Des counting out loud to the fourth official as the Pompey keeper played basketball for about 20 seconds at one stage.

But that was a much better performance, and you could hear the Portsmouth commentators a) rated us and b) were very twitchy.

Play like that for the next 10 and we’ll be there or thereabouts.
