You’re right, Bazzer. The much fabled 1.5 goals a season striker is just what you’ve always demanded.

Trouble is with that there are better loan players we could get in as we did last season Woodburn, Browne and Holland to compliment the decent forward. If Beckles/Folivi are announced it seems we are then top heavy with players who may/ may not make it in our squad.

Beckles signing would be good cover for ruffles and he can also play centre back. But Folivi signing would be a bit of a joke, considering Robbo's comment about being the best you're going to get in league 1.

At a guess it’s 1 of either Grigg, Norwood or Winnall. I’d prefer Norwood or Winnall over Grigg.

Beckles would be a very astute signing for us and strengthens the depth of our squad.

32 years old. Played 11 times in the league last season, scoring twice. Hasnt scored more than 10 in 3 seasons. Not sure why everyone thinks he's some goal machine? ? He had a good season. 3 years ago...

Glad Beckles isn’t coming in. I don’t rate him at all, and should we go to the next level. Then it would seem a wasted wage as he isn’t championship standard.
