I did read it earlier, I think it was the thread that James started, regarding The Triangle not being a suitable place for wildlife to live. He had Captain Neutral tied up in knots, and was certainly not being abusive in any way, but that crowd seem to be able to get anything they don't agree with deleted.

The moral is to screenshot straight away once you see something "useful". I have a number of "interesting" posts in my camera reel of my phone, ready and waiting to be used at the appropriate moment.............

Yes, that's it. And he also asked you precisely who you had spoken to at one of the associations that you mentioned (sorry can't remember which one) basically implying that he knew people there and that he didn't believe you.

To be honest mate, it makes it easier to get it through planning and there is a little caveat that I can't put on here at the moment. Worry not.

Yeah, perhaps an olive branch toward the planning officers to help maintain the green gap? It appears there is a lot of additional planting of trees around the stadium which should go down well I'd imagine but seems to be a lot of space unused. It may sway a few undecided voters in the poll maybe (not that its material in the long run).

Will be interesting to see whether the plans take into account any potential to expand beyond that point. Obviously with the restricted size of the site, it immediately becomes a bigger ask.
