With his injury record easing him back makes sense the other side of the coin is that he won't be playing many games

Never understood anybody wanting him to play centrally. His best games since his first appearance nearly five years ago have always been when he’s on the left. He might happen to drift infield from there but that’s not the same as being out there all game long. He works so much better when he can get a full back 1v1 and then drift past him into space.

That said, I don’t think he’s ever going to be able to stay fit for long periods or play to his potential. I think he’s been ruined by injury.

Murphy, Baldock etc. to new club - yes please but I suspect he won't have as much control there and others will poo poo his dreams.

I would think it will be stripped right back to 'Marcus, get out wide, go past your man and put a cross in. Don't overthink it, aim for 10 crosses. Give us your best 60/70 mins and we'll take you off for the next one'

If it's not working, put him on the other side. Controversially I don't think he's that bad at 10 but in a team that creates no space it's always going to look rubbish. But I fully accept he is a much more effective winger and if we can get him 1 vs 1 a handful of times in a game, he is dangerous. Question is how fit is he? My guess is about 50-60% and playing through pain to try and get KR out of the gutter. He's key for us, no doubt about it.

He was at fault for their 3rd goal today their player wanted the ball and Browne was just jogging back not just Browne tho that ball should have been put in row z before it got near Browne BUT he also done some decent bits I hope once he gets confidence back he will be a top player for us

Admittedly from the East Stand, but on live viewing it looked a decent cross that GO'D put wide, when he should have done better with, in the 1st half.

Looked more at it today. Hopefully Manning can get his confidence going.

He absolutely has to play on the left or not at all. He had the beating of his man time after time today and got into some great positions but his delivery was rubbish.

Saying this he shouldn't be playing as he doesn't fit into the five at the back formation that we have to play with the squad we have.

Derby were definitely doubling up on him today when they realised he had the beating of their full back. He had a few good moments down the left today against a good side. He has to play on the wing or not at all. It's a shame he was wasted as a number 10 against some teams he could have done much better against out wide.
