It’s ok though lads. Remember, we should be:
- grateful he’s here and didn’t walk away when other clubs were interested
- grateful that we reached a play off final as we over achieved that season. If we over achieved, what the f**k did Wycombe do?
- grateful that we’ve had many balanced transfer windows under KR
I’m sorry but the bloke is a clown. He is arguably the most arrogant and egotistical bloke I’ve ever heard speak.
Funny, when the full truth is outed he will most probably be less than chipper!
You can read articles from when he was Charlton manager when it was all identical. A lot of fun.
Charlton boss Karl Robinson says he can’t start with two strikers because they are not fit enough.
www.newsshopper.co.uk
This is a good one - players aren’t fit enough and he wants to be brave with substitutions even if it goes wrong sometimes, fans don’t understand what they’re watching in games, but that’s fine, he respects their opinions.
Karl Robinson has overseen a summer of change both on and off the pitch at Charlton as he tries to create a new ethos at the club.

Another peach above. The Charlton players care for the club and he’s been working really hard all summer, spending hours on the phone and totally changing the club singlehandedly. Players caring? Blimey. Imagine that.
Karl Robinson exudes enthusiasm about the new season
www.castrust.org
This is definitely worth a read. Some particular highlights:
“He said he had never been so excited about a pre-season. There is no choice other than promotion.
He has the budget to get the players he wants.
The money was there to win the league last season but we got mediocre players.
If I fall short, that's my fault.”
After finishing 13th in 16/17 he left the club 9th in late March of 2018, and Lee Bowyer then went on a winning streak with the same players he had to get them into the playoffs, then got Charlton promoted the following season, and then Robinson went on RadOx a few months later and said he had laid the foundations at Charlton. So much for saying promotion in the season that he bailed out was the only choice, and that it was on him if it didn’t happen. He still won, you see. In a way.
Talk of Oxford United showing interest in Karl Robinson has not affected Charlton, he says
www.kentlive.news
This was a cracker. Talking about another job while still Charlton manager (which he obviously took) and then throws in a bit about how there was another club that wanted him a few months earlier, but that nobody mentioned that.
Well… apart from Karl, that is. In the national press.
Karl Robinson has ruled himself out of contention for the Barnsley job because he wants to get Charlton back into the Championship.

I mean… this isn’t even difficult to unpick.
Just do your job.
