You don’t have to be a great coach or manager to see what the problem is yet the team play the same way week in week out. We don’t hassle them we are static and our players hide. Drop the lot and play the youth team. We might start winning some 2nd balls and have some enthusiasm for the game

Alternatively, try being supportive of a team that you follow.
