It would be great if it was to pan out that way, BUT I question the guys ambition if he would sooner play in America, money? Also a bit surprised that OUFC would enter into a deal like this, having a bid accepted and then the guy wants to sign elsewhere why not move on to another target? Or is he so good he's a must have.

He’s not someone who scores goals & not exactly loaded with assists either so playing right back may be is position as GW offers a lot more on that right wing but can see Whyte & Cadden being a useful combination on that right hand side

He's a midfielder (right-side) who can apparently also play at right back. That's from my extensive knowledge of Scottish football (or I looked it up - one or the other!). If we put him up front then that will be a little bit of a desperate move...

The OM describe him as a right back who can also play further forward.
I suspect that he is the RB we have been after but if there are injuries/ suspensions he is an option further forwards.

He will play left sided centre back and if needed, he can play centre forward.

Then, when we seem about to sign said right back, people moan about it ?
