The point is, this subject has been done to death with everyone expressing their opinion by now. Can we not drop it and revert to the matter of signing a desperately needed goalscorer.

Exactly. I suspect that we are talking to a number of players wouldn't you?
I would hope that we wouldn't know anything until the contracts have been signed.

True (although Kashi was never likely to return based on his family not wanting to leave France)
I would say though that Fosu and Gorrin look to be very good signings (and Caddin if what we hear is true)
If we can get a striker and CB of a similar level then we will have a decent squad.

Don't disagree with any of that and I have no doubt KR is doing his best but we are being turned down a lot

We don't even know that though do we? It could be as simple as we never put offers in for any of them and were to slow to approach there parent club and the player didn't want to sit around waiting. (Exception of Sinclair)

Some ITK information... At a recent meeting, KR and Tiger challenged one another to get this thread to above 200 pages.

There are a couple a contracts agreed, but won't be finalised until we're above 200.

Tiger did offer KR a bonus if he got Uncle Kip to post something positive... KR just laughed.

So, let me get this right. Correct if wrong. Were going into our 4th preseason friendly minus 1st team centre back and without a striker.

Only a few weeks ago we were being linked with Fosu, Gorrin Rodriguez and Cadden. There were those who said that signing 2 out of 3 would be great, all 3 would be a big statement of intent.

Now, if we are to believe @ECYellow (and they're about as credible as it gets) then we've got 2 1/2 out of the 3, plus real interest in Ched Evans and a £1/2m centre back! And yet we've still got those saying that nothing has changed from last year, Tiger is potless and we've got fundamental issues with our recruitment!!!!

Christ knows how good things will be when we start getting this transfer lark right!!!

That can't be right, we haven't signed anyone have we?? Given how bad the transfer window has been, how it's the first game of the season tomorrow and can't even field a first XI and how Robbo and Tiger have done nothing but lie about how the club have absolutely no money...
