Ched Evan's was found guilty. He was then given leave to appeal that sentence, then given a retrial where he was acquitted.

He has never had to 'prove' his innocence.

You want to check out Sunderlands forum!! They haven't sorted out the takeover/investment, players leaving, no signs of anyone coming in!! On there Kip would look more positive than me!!!!

Well I for one would welcome both Garbs and Sinclair back if we can pull it off. I don't get this Garbs bashing because early on in the season he was underperforming, how did he finish the season when played further forward, did he improve the side , did he score, what were his set pieces like??? Now tell me he would not add something to our squad. As for Sinclair I believe given a pre season and the right service he might surprise the doubters..... However I'll leave it those ITK and wait and wait

It's the same every summer! I am happy to be corrected, but I can't remember any recent season when the majority of our top signings were made a week before the end of June. It's just not the way things happen any more.
