And a certainty they'll be back at Kastad in lg 1 is a compliment to us
I’m not sure why he gets so much flak, he came over well I thought. His team have a game plan that isn’t attractive to watch but the match was played in a good spirit and we’ve seen far more cynical and thuggish outfits. We couldn’t deal with the little blonde guy, could we? He wasn’t a world beater but was tricky and we played into their hands by letting soft free kicks be given on him.

What did Robbo say about the salary issues after the game?

Yes a very enjoyable local "game"
Well done to the Wycombe fans for turning up in numbers and making lots of noise.
I think the time has come......
Yes it's time to confer Official Local Derby status on this fixture.

No, if it had been Swindon or Reading we'd have filled the East Stand, not had it a quarter empty. Before the game there was no Derby feeling at all, just a chilled atmosphere (which I'm not knocking). It was proof, again, that it isn't a full on Derby match. The rivalry and edge of a proper Derby isn't there.

Not saying it wasn't a massive result though, it sure was.

Yes it was bizarre looking across at the East stand with people standing with their arms folded, determined not to show any passion for this game.

I think the situation with the staff put a bit of a damper on the atmosphere

My take:

- Easty had a 'mare on crosses in the 1st half. He was like a cat on a hot tin roof and missed 2 before the goal. However, he is earnt us ignoring a mistake considering how many times he's saved us points. Just please learn from it Simon.

- Dickie had a good game and deserves highlighting. That pass for the 1st goal was utterly sublime and he did 1 or 2 more like it.

- We have to make Kashi a permanent signing. When we wobbling early on, a couple of times he showed so much composure under pressure.

- That 1st goal was a superb team goal. That pass by Dickie, the run and cross by Browne and Sinclair getting himself into the right area was just superb. Also that others had got into the box as well.

- Josh Ruffels winner was SO, SO SWEET. A great finish and seeing their players gutted was bloody delightful, especially the time wasting keeper and the 25 who couldn't manage to stay on his feet much. JR's celebration showed what it meant to him and the other players as well.

- Definitely a penalty and Josh Ruffels's reaction says it all. Lovely miss mind which gave us all a good laugh.

- The team's general fitness is clearly excellent. It also demonstrates the importance of having a strong subs bench.

- The Ref let Wycombe play as Ainsworth's teams do. Cynical fouls etc yet it takes until the 2nd half for them to be booked for them. Marcus Bean got away with a few and the left back (who did get booked for a cynical challenge and then immediately subbed) got away with a bad one on Browne when he'd have been clear with 2/3 of a pitch to run into.

The Ref also gave up on giving fouls against Akinfenwa. Although Nelson and Dickie, once worked this out started giving it back. I will say I don't have a problem with Akinfenwa as he always plays like that so the defence should be prepared and it is down to the Ref on the day.

- Wycombe's keeper was awful. And his time wasting was shocking, yet the Ref did jack all about it. Credit to the Wycombe fans for also booing the time wasting.

Had a bad feeling all game about this one. So to walk away with all 3 was a real bonus. But the lads defended that free kick barrage really well. Plus Wycombe ran out of legs in last 5.

Kashi again did not put a foot wrong.Nelson again superb, Mackie again ace shithouse.

Good substitutions and good doggedness against awkwatrd opponents who will stay up in my book. Atmosphere also tip top.

On the downside, what was Eastwood doing for their goal, what a howler! Henry was anonymous and Sinclair shows less strength than a rice pudding.

Still we dug it out and well done KR for his measured words about the unpaid wages pre-match.

I still think there is money behind Tiger but what a rag, tag and bobtail operation it is. Keep a bank facility in the U.K ffs. I think the financial detectives amongst us should do far more digging into this owner of ours.

A great result, a cracking end to the game and a fine comeback. We were shite for the first 25 minutes but then played our way into and were comfortably the better team in the second half.

Wycombe were shite for the most part, all huff and puff but very little footballing ability, like watching a conference team. Akinfenwa is completely shot and waddles rather than walks now, although I have never rated him.

We have taken 16 points from the last 7 games which is title form, that has taken us a win from safety from a very precarious position. The players deserve a lot of credit for that and so does Robinson if we are being honest.

@Marked Ox
R.E Eastwood with crosses. Think the reason he struggled was because of the presence of Akinfenwa. Big lad and will win 90% of the air meant Eastwood panicked everytime the ball went into the box. Whereas a normal striker it's a 50/50 with the centre back Akinfenwa's physicality makes him so dangerous.

A couple of thoughts on today. All IMHO of course!

1. I cannot remember getting peed off with our midfield at any point. ?When you don't notice them they are doing a good job I guess.
2..... Which is more than can be said about the ref. (AGAIN!) Very poor (AGAIN)
3. Using a forearm to clear off the line is, apparently, a new approved defensive tactic.
4. Is Tom Daly on the coaching staff at Adams park?
5. I cannot name anyone in yellow who had a bad game. Our guy in green gave me a few nervous moments though.
6. I felt Wycscum were pretty average, but their Defensive Number 5 was impressive. The little guy up front with designs on an Olympic gold in the pool was a real irritant. We need someone like that, perhaps.
7. Forkin Anwar can still do it. Backward headers facing away from goal..Impressive.
8. A good afternoons entertainment all in all.

COYYs! Two or more wins please!

What did Robbo say about the salary issues after the game?
KR spoke at some length on the subject in an interview with Nathan Cooper before the game, didn't try to duck the issue or downplay it.
In fact, credit where it's due, I thought he struck the right note and spoke very well on the matter.
It's on the RadOx site pre-match from about 10 mins in:

So the EFL call our first goal scorer Jordan Sinclair but at least the host says he’s taken Oxford out of the relegation battle whereas the two pundits go for Plymouth so when the host asked Daryl Clair ( the ex Gas manager ) why not Oxford he says he already has
