Current Player Thread Stuart Findlay

I think Kilmarnock are taking the p**s out of us.
I would tell Findlay to report for pre season training and see what he thinks of that.
Then tell him either to rip up his contract and go on a free or he will get loaned out down in England.
f*****g useless. We need to force it. Maybe a bit naive but that’s how I feel about it.

Why should he tear up his contract? We offered him the terms he's on and as long as he doesn't breach the terms of his contract then he's entitled to every penny.

He has previously attended for pre-season tests and I'm sure that he'd return if required to do again. And he can't be forced to go anywhere on loan that he doesn't want to. The fact that a club is willing to pay 20% of his wages is better than us paying 100% for someone who is surplus to requirements.

This is a problem of our own creation and we have to suck it up I'm afraid.

Do we have to honour his contract if he dies? If not he is ginger, just get him doing laps on his first day back in pre season and anything over 18 degrees he will burn to death by 11am.
As a ginger myself then there is no way it needs to be 18 degrees. Anything over 12 degrees would do the job.

Lousy deal then.

See if Robinson wants him now

Good luck to the guy, for whatever reason it never worked out for him with us. He's obviously got some ability about him if he is good enough for Hearts. Unfortunately he will go down in history as one of the worst signings (for a paid transfer fee) we ever made!

He has failed every time he has stepped above Kilmarnocks level, is 29 so I will say he will struggle at hearts then sign for Kilmarnock next year for the 6th time. If you look on the Hearts forum they are not impressed, he has been playing in the same league as them and half have never heard of him, wait till they see him pass a football.
