Looking at that then it would seem that no one should have to pay when visiting the stadium or any of the businesses. I’d imagine as one of the businesses, the club shop will also have a terminal that you can put your registration into.

I picked my partner up after a bowlplex visit was on site for 10 min 10sec
Did not register as I was not going into a buisness just picking up a customer
so did not class it as parking never got out of the car.
Reveived a PCN went to the stadium to clarify the position on picking up/ dropping off
and was told 20 min grace ( nothing on any sign I can see about this ) and got an e-mail
from the parking manager at the Kassam telling me it had been cancelled
Wrote to parking eye to inform them off this
Week later I get a letter from parking eye telling me I still have to pay, went back to the Kassam
to ask them if they could sort this out with THEIR parking contractor and was verbally abused
Be very carefull about picking up or dropping people off if the driver is not parking or going
into a venue

I believe they do.

The club should also have a facility where they are able to cancel fines for their customers if they request it.

I have a portal that I log into to cancel any fines of our customers who have received fines.
