Who are we negotiating with?
Ourselves if we own the stadium..
What is this, a riddle? Struggling to understand the logic and points in almost all of your posts LondonRoader.

Is there a position in the eutopia that you foresee, that we might actually be worse off as a "club"?
What if the owner/s get bored of their project and we are stuck in some non league set up waiting for the dream to happen again, as much as some do not like the stadium it can sustain league status, we as fans always want as much as we can, same as business men I suppose.
Unfortunately it’s the only option at the moment, while people are willing to spend their money to keep the club afloat paying a minimal £300k rent than 10’s of millions for a pipe dream. We can not sustain anything with the likes of Tiger, DE or IL putting a couple of million in each and every year. Anyone can get bored at any time and we'd be screwed. We have no real assets beyond a few of our playing squad and no strength in depth to survive selling off what we have. So staying as we are is not an option.

Ive read your posts and questioned your views, reality of today is better than the pipe dream you are trying to portray. You've clearly not read a thing I've posted - I give up!!
There is an agreed price on the stadium that is chump change to some of our new board members. If they wanted the current stadium, they would buy it. They won’t because they want a new development with lots of extra things around it.
They have zero interest in ever buying the Kassam Stadium.
Out of interest, how rate would it be for Oxford to have had three permanent home grounds, were we to leave the Kassam for a new ground?
Should imagine the vast majority of clubs have been based at one or two permanent grounds over history, but that’s purely guesswork on my part.
In terms of three ‘permanent’ homes as opposed to any temporary stopgap arrangements it would certainly be one of the first. I’m not sure you could count instances such as Rotherham, Brighton etc as they had very unappealing and temporary situations between stadiums. Even Rovers have a history of being shunted around and having to make do rather than playing in their own purpose built grounds.Out of interest, how rate would it be for Oxford to have had three permanent home grounds, were we to leave the Kassam for a new ground?

Bristol rovers
Played at Eastville
Played at Twerton Park
And the Memorial ground.
They’ve been trying to move to build a new ground UWE stadium for ages, but it’s not come to fruition
Charlton have been at The Valley, Selhurst Park,Upton Park and back to The Valley.Yes the Gas immediately came to mind for me. I’ve been to one of the grounds in the late nineties/early 2000s for a very hot game in August (although cant recall what the ground was called!)
Scunthorpe will be moving to a new ground, so they will definitely be 3.
Wow - that is significant. It's official!!
