EFL MK Dons..........

Just sent a long message via this option on the EFL site >>> https://www.efl.com/contact-form/

Don't expect a response, but the more people who contact them, the more they understand the annoyance caused and the financial impacts on people.

As an exiled fan, this was a great opportunity to come back to Oxfordshire and have a long weekend. Well that has been sh!t all over.

Certainly makes it difficult for the many of us living further afield. Journey down in heavy traffic, get home about 12.30 am. Gutted. I genuinely feel the disapproval of so many fans should be passed on to the club.

Yes, it's more of a change than an ordinary Saturday to Tuesday and will disrupt lots of people's plans.

I like night games but am supposed to be going to a gig that night - which is better, OUFC v MK or Nick Mason off of Pink Floyd??

This ISNT a championship game its League1 .... and The EFL have overridden their own cut off date of March 18th for switching games over the Easter weekend , basically to metaphorically suck the dicks of Sky TV .... Parry and his 8 EFL admin cohorts are not fit for purpose, they couldn't run a bath never mind the English Football League

But we'll happily take several million £'s from Sky next season if/when promoted.

We got into this bed a long time ago!

I've already bought my ticket for Easter Monday, I've also got tickets to see Nick Mason playing at the New Theatre on Tuesday night.
What to do? Decisions, decisions....

Have been in touch with Club and FSA. Lots of fans understandably unhappy.
The late scheduling is not unusual, has happened a few times this season but we don't notice as we aren't chosen.

Hope you get a sensible response from both the club and the FSA

Well we won’t be hitting 11,000 for this one then…

What a shame.

The Club had no choice over this. Obviously it will mean a much smaller crowd. The nature of TV deals is that they call the shots.

Could the club offer kids for a quid deal on this match? It is half term after all.

So we’ve got three home games left and only the Sunderland one will be a 3pm kick-off.

At least we get an extra day of recovery compared to MK Dons.

A day fewer for the Rotherham game though

#pedant

Would be nice if Rotherham were on the proverbial beach by that point, mind…

goes with the territory... (hopefully) next season....

that'll be then,.... and this is now

it doesn't excuse in anyway whatsoever the EFL administration, under Parry, for going against their own proclaimed cut off date beyond which NO games would be moved to accommodate televised games - which for the Easter weekend of 15, 16, 17, 18th of April, was in black and white, on the EFL's own website , a deadline given as March 18th ..... today is 4 days beyond that, is shows the utter contempt that Parry has for football supporters . No excuse whatsoever. Parry should be forced to resign

Efl cut off date for rescheduling matches for Television over the Easter weekend - on THEIR website- was March 18th .... disgraceful

We are just dirt on the shoe to these people and will continue to be treated as such until we start acting as customers and not fans.

Not on Easter Monday............ Tuesday night.

"MK Dons’ Good Friday game against Sheffield Wednesday was switched to the Saturday evening for SKY TV purposes and the clubs therefore agreed with the EFL to move the fixture at the Kassam Stadium which will now kick off at 7.45pm on Tuesday 19th April"

🤷‍♀️
But why did "the clubs" agree to the switch?
For the benefit of the fans, OUFC should have objected and insisted the game proceeds as planned on Easter Monday.
