You must have thought this could bite you! This aged well!!
Tell that to Mrs Lounger! The fizz will be out of the fridge in a moment.
Is that a euphemism? The fizz will be out of the fridge
Thanks to COVID we can’t attend next Sunday that would be some atmosphere I said earlier in the thread we would win today and our next defeat we will be in the championship and I’m sticking to that
That’s Oxford fans for you. Premature expectationTell that to Mrs Lounger! The fizz will be out of the fridge in a moment.
They'll probably name a stand after you.....They must be happy with my tenner in their coffers
Was the Oxford end sold out.I presume everyone who had to pay Shrews to watch the game are going to let the club know?
Totally agree.Mmm. Yes many supporters seem to forget that it is a game is 90+ minutes and games often change.
To be fair Robinsons teams have showed lot of bottle in the last few games. Gillingham and today.
A lot of their players looked like heavyweight boxers! I didn’t notice that in the previous gameDon't know if its just because they're on the beach, but having a look on the Shrews forum they look a much more positive lot than us misery guts. They've thrown away points against a top team and they're all 'yeah fantastic, lots of positives to take away from that'. We'd be having a flipping meltdown!
Spot on. Says it all.Totally agree.
It's easy to get frustrated, and throw the toys out the pram, we all do it!
But to be fair, after such a bad start to the season, and under such difficult circumstances, to end up going into the final game of the season, with 71 points and still with a chance of making the playoffs, is a remarkable achievement, and Robbo deserves a lot of credit for that.
Whatever happens next weekend, Robbo, and the whole squad, have worked so hard, in such difficult circumstances, and have done us proud.
