They said on Radio Oxford that a decision was going to be made on Thursday. Even if it’s given the green light I would imagine it will be Monday at the earliest before we hear anything.

They are going to make a decision on when to make the decision. Then that decision has to be made. Wonder whats cropped up to switch from ready to sign on Sunday, to slight chsnce they may sign at some point on Thursday.

I have more faith in Brexit trade negotiations than our onboarding processes.

But without going off track, Gareth McCleary was spoken about 15 months ago, and the general feeling was that he was a little too old and too slow then. A year on, and several months out of the game won't have made him any better. And I 100% know that you and Kip would be saying the same if he'd signed for us.

And on the assumption that his support of Oxford is not to be doubted it's actually his style that is bordering on trolling - without balance and intended to provoke reaction. Before people like Mellow Yellow start jumping up and down shouting about "opinions" it would actually be nice to see those opinions backed up with some sort of thought which would then encourage sensible debate. But this is not the case. They are for the vast majority of posts sniping at the club and in my opinion come across as attention seeking and of little worth.
Final point is that I have wasted 2 minutes of my life typing about a poster that is bordering on Methven levels of infamy when this thread should be about transfer activity. Or lack of.

Sweeping statements indeed. The majority of posts are sniping without much thought as I mentioned.

It would seem your knitting is actually all tangled and you've thrown in some personal insults for good measure so can I suggest you dispense with your hypocrisy and engage in sensible debate.
I do not expect you to agree with me and funnily enough I can handle that but the need to be insulting is not necessary.
