General Jan transfer window

Probably failed medical. Am I the only one who’d rather have the £3m to spend rather than keep him?
I am in 2 minds if he stays he may help with rest of season plus we don't know wether the board would make that money available for transfers.. If he goes and we get the money and we can use it get in a decent striker asap maybe sell him in summer for more.

A few things.

So what happens now? Back to ‘as you were’ or back in the shop window? Would you play him tomorrow if he stays?

I'm all for devlop/sell players for sustainability, but smacks a bit on the last day of the window and the push for promotion.
Yes we have cover in the midfield but still makes me feel does the board want to go up this year?

It will really P**s me off if we do not get a striker in!
How big a loss every year is reasonable then?
We're 2m from sustainability at the moment!
I'm sure the board would like to go up but what is a reasonable loss every year to risk?

Are you serious?

Nobody has asked the board to spunk thousands/millions on players

what most are saying is don't spout s**t about ambition/promotion then sell 2 players a few hours from deadline day when in with a real chance of promotion

The manager asked to show we are a big club, was he asking or expecting millions to be spent?

Have the board failed him and the fans on this matter?

Because that is what owners who actually like and respect their football clubs do when necessary. Plenty of football club owners may see their clubs as just any old disposable business, but who wants owners like that for their club?
I'm extremely happy that since kassam, the owners of the Club have been willing to subsidize the club otherwise we would be in the conference still. Most clubs are subsidized so we have to, but it is madness.
