I disagree. I just don't think he is good enough.

He isn't, but mostly in context of what we have already. He did a decent enough job towards the end of last year. A mid table L1 club could pay 100k for him and be getting a good deal. We're just not looking like a mid table L1 club anymore.

Its a similar situation to Hall (although I rate Hanson more) - the squad has simply moved on. Doesn't mean they are rubbish...just that over the last 12 months the squad has progressed at a silly rate

I think we’re going to be Okay . Since I implemented a new system earlier this season, where I don’t tread on any joints in the tarmac in the pavements, manhole covers, surface changes, plus always walking the same way to the ground, entering by the same turnstile everything is going well. It’s tough but has to be done. Annoys the hell out of the missus, me shuffling about to achieve these goals, but what the hell!

We have a ridiculous squad ? I dont think I've ever been able to pick 3/4 maybe even 5 different starting 11's that could get us promoted. What a time to be an Oxford fan.

to add to what’s already been said, we’ve got Forde as well to come back.
when all fit whatever team starts the bench is going to be ridiculously strong

Prior to his injury, I don't think we appreciated Forde enough. He's a serial hard worker who is a better winger than Rob Hall and has an adaptability to play number of roles for us - winger, lone forward, wing back. It would be great to see him back soon.

I may be in a minority but I'm cautious towards Marcus Browne. He's good and all and helped us out well last year, but he's a bit of a Billy Big B*****s. We have a really strong squad unity and I'm slightly worried a cocksure player like Browne who had his moments of greediness with us may disrupt that. Just an opinion, mind.

Also, in all his appearances for Middlesbrough this season, he's only been on the winning side once!

I'm sure KR is well aware of Mr Browne's potential impact on squad morale. I would imagine an early conversation going something like: 'You're going to have to work you Billy Bigs off if you want to play.'

Ahh yeah Forde, I regularly forget about him, yet, when he's played he's been nothing less than impressive. Another one to add to an already strong squad

KR already knows what he's getting himself into and wanted to sign him in the summer.

Fosu had a reputation for being disruptive and look how he's grown as a player.

The question is do we really need Marcus Browne anymore last summer we probably did but now I’m not sure??

Got a feeling Browne will he signed to supplement Taylor up top. He’s a decent sized lad who is also very good in the air. Not scared to mix it up and who’ll have bulked up at ‘Boro.

He’s also been sent on loan as he’s pissed the management off and if he fails to make this loan work, he’ll have a very tough time getting back in the ‘Boro set up.

Well where would he fit in our team who would you drop to play him I don’t think he would leave Boro to sit on our bench

Everyone here, and those coming in, will know that they are here to be part of a promotion planning SQUAD. We have a minimum of 22 games left to play in something like 16 weeks and there will be plenty of opportunities to rotate players to ensure we go into every game with a fit and firing team.

We've moved forward massively as a club and you only need to look at the team we put out for the Man City game last season to see how our current subs bench is stronger than that starting line up! Even those that are still here are much better than they were a year ago! But that is exactly what we need if we are going to smash this league.
