General Jan transfer window

I'd like Browne to be played as a supporting striker, maybe number 10. Fosu and Holland on opposing wings with Brannagan/Baptiste and Henry in the center. Woodburn and Thorne to come into the squad towards the end of the season, as well. So many options its actually crazy.

I can see Sykes, Hall and Agyei going out on loan.

I don’t want to see that 4-2-3-1 formation come back again it never seems to work
4-3-3 or 4-4-2

If we sign Browne as well I will legitimately sploodge everywhere.

On a serious note though, I wonder if his coming in might indicate a shift in attacking style, or at least change the types of RB we're looking at. Our strongest XI up to this point has probably been Henry in the nominal RW position, but with Cadden storming up the outside to effectively play as the RW, while Henry drifts inside to create an overload in the centre of the pitch. Browne and Holland both seem more out-and-out wingers, with neither having the subtlety of Henry in the centre of the park. That would suggest to me maybe more of a defensively sound RB than an attacking one in the mould of Cadden?

Ah I don't know maybe I'm just chatting guff but GOD this is exciting!

I think we already got that in Sam Long who’s not overly committed to go as forward as Cadden was but Cads played as a right winger/attacking full back, no point getting the same as what we’ve got in Sam Long that’s why we are looking at something different what CC gave us

I'm seriously struggling to pick a starting 11, right now.

It’s great all game changer aswell that’s what we’ve been needing in the previous 2 months (Nov/Dec) when we’ve been struggling with injuries ? & all 3 look to be adding even more goals to our current team which is scary

I'd take a fiver for Hanson. Worst big money signing we've made in a long time.

Disagree. I've seen him put in good performances. He just had a rough start, and has been unfortunate with injuries.

Now he's at the back of the queue, watching on as the one of best midfield groups we've ever had is playing most other teams in the division completely off the park.

Doesn't mean that if fit and ready, he couldn't come in and do a good job for us.

Ivo Pekalski, on the other hand...

I disagree.

I think from everything I've seen he doesn't have the talent to do his role at this level, so puts the boot in extra hard on the opposition to make up for lack of ability. He's no where near as good as what we've got.

4 4 2? Really? We hardly ever play 4 4 2. A formation almost redundant as you get overrun in midfield.
I hope we never go back to 4 4 2.
4 1 2 2 1 is how have played this season (4 3 3 but Gorrin deep role and Taylor/ Mackie up front).

Inevitably, teams have started to try and stop us playing more and more as the season goes on. Regardless of who starts, these signings/potential signings are a real sign that we are looking to combat that with impact subs, changes in style late in games and, for the first time really this season, some real pace.

Bring on the rest of the season...

I disagree. I just don't think he is good enough.
