In my view it is not. I just think there must be more going on with him than we know about to not even be fit enough to get a place on the bench, yet he has been able to break all these records. We sign another player on loan from Burnley who is supposedly well off the pace but still able to get some minutes in the cup.

Agyei didn't have a pre-season apart from any fitness work he did himself. Sprinting in a medical test is fundamentally different to match fitness.

Edit: I would rather they got his fitness right before playing than risk him getting injured.

Its match fitness.
Not that difficult.to understand?

Exactly, I agree it's about match fitness. Normally players coming back/gaining fitness such as Thorn the other night start to build their match fitness by getting time of the bench etc. To be able to break sprint records but not be ready by now for some time off the bench makes me wonder if there is more going on, that is all!

Agree.
The club need to get him.fit before playing him.

There is also the issue of integrating him into the team. He's not the first KR signing to come in, and have to wait weeks to get onto the pitch.

There is nothing more going on!

Dan Ageyi was out warming up with the squad on Saturday and has been involved in training as well as doing additional individual work to catch up. His speed is not in question, but he has needed to increase his stamina and overall strength for matches. He will start on Tuesday which was always the plan.

I really don't understand why some people are so keen to read something into nothing!
