If you can’t find it, I’m sure the ticket office will send you a new one. You can also get a digital version.

I'm contacting the ticket office tomorrow, there is a £5 admin fee for a replacement. Digital is only available if you have Apple Pay or Google Pay, I don't have either

Just spoke to the ticket office. A Season Ticket had been handed in but it wasn't mine! Existing card will be cancelled and a new card will be sent together with a new wallet! No mention of an admin fee!!
