Fakenews are reporting that the new regime who took control of Oxford United back in February have introduced a new recruitment process.

It is alleged that all new staff appointed will require proof that they were sacked from their previous employment before qualifying for a senior role at the club. It is also understood (but not yet confirmed) that a new first team manager should be in place as soon as this coming Saturday if not even later.
