You are completely missing the point of what was being said there. Colour is irrelevant in this. What is going on in America is the police, apparently with the blessing of the elected governement, see nothing wrong in killing innocent people. Whatever he was being accused of, he posed no threat, was trying to do what was being instructed and they still murdered him. I have no idea why this has not been made more openly available to view but maybe you could send it on to people and parties who can make it more visible instead of putting it on a football forum followed by a ludicrous comment.
The scumbag posing as a police officer was not even charged which makes it even more abhorent.

it might be e relevant in that sense but point im making is alot people are killed by the police not just black people blm supporters keep trying to make out only black people are unfairly treated by the police .

Thankfully the BBC write up about the removal of the dambuster dog statue has protected us all from exposure to the nasty word.

Because the country is too fragile to be exposed to the nasty word in a factual item on the BBC news website. The mere presence of that word, it would seem, is enough to cause lip-trembling and leg-shaking convulsions up and down the nation.

Interestingly the same thing is happening with the Nazi flag, the presence of which on YouTube will lead to the demonization of your video in accordance with "the algorithm".

The Police in cities are being run by a politically appointed commissioner and the legal side, with a politically elected DA. In larger cities, that means they are generally Democrats.

They are usually approved by the local Mayor/political establishment, and different cities have different policies and there is a considerable disconnect in some cities between the Police Unions and the political side of things. New York is a good example of where both sides are getting further apart, and crime is rising significantly. We've seen how impotent Trump is and can only threaten the cities like Seattle/Portland with the armed forces.

Agree on the Police not discriminating in their madness, but so few are willing to see the issue as not race based, but action based. Agree on the bodycam coverage - there is talk that Chauvin and Floyd were running a side scam together, so it's curious that we are yet to see it. Bodycam footage would help to clear up a lot of the questions wouldn't it?

Second, NIGER in Latin means black.
Are we now going to say that, that word must be erased? I totally agree that using horrible words to describe someone's colour deserves punishment, because it can lead to many evil actions, by morons of all races.
The dog's name in that film should be changed, when you think of it, because it will, unfortunately, invoke more hatred from all quarters.

Sorry but the name can't be changed now, it's history and unless you want history to be rewritten . . . . . .
I had a book about the Dam Busters, published many years ago and it has the dogs name printed in it - question is are you going to want all of those books to be recalled and burnt/pulped???? This smacks of https://encyclopedia.ushmm.org/content/en/article/book-burning any book that the Nazi's didn't like was burnt. Be careful for what you wish for!!!!

The whole colour thing needs to be dropped and groups with a clear political message attatching themselves to this need to be banned. This whole thing needs to be about respect of all others ( which is a 2 way street) and property.

Fair enough, good point, ex-Blackwells comrade. On the music channel, when they play songs with swear words in, they just bleep them out. Maybe they could do that with the dog's name, next time they show the film.
Can you imagine what people would say, if that dog ran onto the pitch, during a game?
