Was just looking at my WhatsApp and here’s a message I sent to Radio Oxford on 20th August.

”This Oxford team is devoid of ideas, confidence and composure. On the back of three successive seasons whereby we’ve finished poorer each time, it feels like the rot is really setting in now. Something needs to change - particularly as the Board have said they want promotion this year. Instead we’re looking at surviving this year - tough decisions needed.”

Six months on and our Board are still ducking the decision to sack KR. No leadership - yet again, we’re sleeping walking into relegation.

Get a grip Williams - do your job.
