Long getting pre-match pelters from the usual suspects. . Nice.

He’s been one of our best players last two games. No coincidence that Dale is ahead of him, the man’s work rate is demonic.

3-1, blistering performance. The Bayer Leverkusen of league 1 will be shagged out after all that activity this week.

There may even be a shout or two of support from
SSU.

Er…..believe!!

Parsing Buckingham's response to the Oxford Mail:
β€œOn the coach on the way home, Cam was saying that he’ll be ready for Saturday, and that’s the mindset of both of them.

β€œSometimes the body can take a little bit longer to heal than the mind, but we’ve done as much as we can, as have they this week, to try and put them in the best place to be available on Saturday.”

I'd say that means Moore probably won't available and Brannagan might be.

Is Negru fit at the moment? I know he's not been featuring in any of the matchday squads, but figured that might just be because Des is favouring Thorniley's extra experience and versatility on the bench.

If Moore can't go, then Negru ought to be a better bet than having Thorniley, who's struggled this season as it is, playing on his wrong side.

But boy does the timing suck, if we lose our best defender right before we play the best attacking side in the league.......

Well the earliest game called a 'Must Win' game this season from what I can find was just before Christmas...

...excluding a few people who live in Wycombe calling the game with them 'Must Win' earlier in the season, but that was for different reasons.
That's why I said things of that ilk. I look for it every time and from memory it's been happening since early autumn at least.

But I can't be arsed to wade through them all just to prove my point.
