Manning got so much more from this same group that’s playing today bar the goalkeeper. Just can’t make sense of it. Dropped off a cliff.
Probably because Manning knew what he was doing and how to organise a team to make the best of each player.

He keeps going on about "when..." but I worry that time will never come. I wish he'd address our immediate issues *now*, and not go on about how many more fit players we'll have in a couple of weeks time. (He's actually been doing that for weeks.)

OK so we have injuries but he's still trying to make a chocolate cake with no cocoa! As the lady says, change the menu and work with what you have got. Hes like a bad "football manager" player just pressing the play button and trying the same thing week in week out. Honestly, I could do better

The team certainly don't look like they are playing with full confidence in what they are supposed to be doing - and listening to Buckingham you can tell why. The art of managing a football team is to make the most of what you've got and to try to add to it as you go. He seems to be telling us to wait until he has the players he wants before he can do much - which is not what a good manager would have to do.

Ask the Q - "how bad is it to be asked to play in a way that doesn't suit the current squad - you clearly either don't get what's Des wants or he's asking you to do something you collectively can't do - a strong communication strategy is key to any business/team. A strong strategy has to come from the top. Without that it can't work. And we are dire

We need people in the door who can motivate players - the current pancake boys are totally flat an letting us down. Anyone can pick a team - but look at what was achieved by Leicester a few years ago. And Maidstone today! Its a mental game. OUFC 0-Pompey 5?

Apparantly when the fans booed, some of the players just laughed. Doesn’t lend itself to a fanbase and team together as one. What happened to the scenes at Orient away. How times have changed. Players don’t looked interested imo & Des looks out of his depth, I do think however the board have hung him out to dry giving him a ‘Assistant’ he clearly didn’t want in that role, Worrying times.

Sounds a spitting image of KR at the minute can't decide which one is better 🤔

I had an MRI scan at 1520 but missed much of what went on. They were 0-1 down before I went in. 1-2 when I came out. When I got in the car to drive Radox commentary 1-3.
I think the MRI scan today was preferable to watching my team lose at Bristol Rovers today

Shocking if true, if so the problem stems from the top.
