Not really bothered about the result or going out of the cup even though it was an absolute hammering once again against higher opposition this season. The reality is we are just so far off Championship level its not even funny. Even with a full strength side, the gulf is just too significant and any additions in January or returning players wont change that. We've just gotta see out the season as best we can, try and make the playoffs and whatever happens in the summer; we really need to get our house in order.

Jerome and co won't ask anything of the club as they are scared to and they won't want to upset the club in any way

From what I was told yesterday. It may not be true so take it how you wish.

Owners , Board and other employed members not having the same vision and becoming frustrated by lack of progress and broken promises. It's got to the point where one very high up member wants to resign from their position.

If Grant Ferguson resigns I hope they put out a statement else how will we know?

No I don't work at the club.

We all want answers but no one is speaking on behalf of the club apart from Des.

Broken promises and silence from the owners/board and alot of us customers have had enough.

It's not the place to air the clubs dirty laundry when you have non fans looking in but I will say it's not all rosey behind the scenes. Questions need to be asked/ demanded to be answered by Oxvox of what is going on at the club.

Why raise it in the first place, then?

Not just any manager, a manager they hauled out of a cosy existence at a huge cost where he was perfectly happy only to not give him the necessary tools to do his job to his full potential. He’s been here 8 weeks, steered us through desperate squad shortages, entering a critical period where he has the opportunity to change things around and already seems to be knee-capped by a delusional and ponderous executive team on the football side… and people wonder why Manning swapped this role for Bristol City on 4 or 5 times the wage. Have to wonder whether he saw the writing on the wall and saved himself from fronting this up at his own cost as Des is now having to do.

A lot needs to happen in the next week to restore a bit of faith in the operation. I feel desperately sorry for Des at this point in time. It is only 6th Jan, but matters got worse today. Got to get our act together.
