The result means very little when you see a young player in agony and clearly distraught being stretched off. I would suspect that will be the last time we see Stan in an Oxford shirt but I hope he recovers fully and goes on to have a great career.
great response there, well thought out.
I thought wed lose today but not let in 6 and not let them have 27 bloody shots against us no matter how injured our team is.
Couldn't have been any worse. Expected a loss, even a heavy one but just wanted to get through injury free. The Mills injury right at the end is devastating.
I think you are remembering a different season to me and the statistics, Eastwood had one of the worst goals to shot ratios in the division. He was a good goalie for us once but that is a while back now.
Once again, the use of misleading "stats"
I saw Easty play all last season, and saw how well he did in games to keep the score down, and stop us being slaughtered so many times. The "stats" won't take into to account the shower of shite he had in front of him all season. He was one of our best performers last season.
Basically the story of the last season.
Easty is nowhere near No 1 standard anymore, that is common knowledge and nobody is arguing against that, but he's still a very good league one No 2, and proved it again today.
